Job Profile:

- Educational Qualification: LLB is compulsory.

- After LLB, if they have done additional course like LLM etc, that is an add on.

Job Description:

- Lead the existing legal team of 4 Advocates & liasoning team of 2 members.

- Reviewing the checklist & flow of title (for land aggregation & procurement) prepared by Junior Advocate.

- Accordingly, finalisation of list of documents, title flow etc to be done for the respective lands.

- Discuss the required documents list with the senior management & help in decision making with respect to weather to go ahead with the transaction or not.

- Structuring & Drafting of Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, MOU, Notices, Receipts, contact & construction agreement etc.

- Issuing & Replying to legal notices.

- Coordination with the CRM Team to satisfy all customers legal requirements.

- Coordinating with senior counsel who are representing us in various court cases.

- Responsible for following up with liasoning team to get the documents from SRO, DC, Revenue office.

- Maintaining MIS Reports for tracking the pending legal documentation required for each project/land & for ongoing cases as wel

- The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the entire legal team, ensuring efficient coordination, compliance and execution of all legal functions within the organization
