Role - Deputy General Manager - Legal
Location - Patna
Experience Required - 9 to 16 years
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, vetting and negotiation of real estate contracts
- Coordination with lawyers for consumer litigation and
- Liaising with authorities for renewal or procurement of licenses related to Shops and Establishment Act.
- Handling statutory / store related compliances for the Zone.
- Maintaining & checking documentation, records and MIS.
- Liaise with various statutory authorities with respect to regulatory notices / inspection by statutory authorities.
- Complying all the rules & regulations under various building laws applicable to the properties within the zone.
