Job Description
Hiring for Legal Manager for Real Estate Company
Location - Chennai
Exp- 10 Years
Industry experience - Real Estate, predominantly in Tamilnadu
Languages known - English and mandatorily to have capability to read Tamil
Knowledge domain expected - Local planning regulation and land use laws in TN. Well versed with TN RERA rules and regulation
Work description
1- Validation of property title and legal due diligence
2- Drafting of agreements for JDA under both area or revenue sharing arrangement, outright
3- Purchase option and DM model
4- Drafting of sale and construction agreement for customers
5- Drafting of settlement agreements
6- Representing in various judicial forums including RERA
7- Property registration
8- Verification of documents thru online mode
