Head - Legal (14-25 yrs)

Legal Strategy & Advisory:

- Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with organizational goals and risk management.

- Provide expert legal advice to senior leadership on business transactions, contractual negotiations, and regulatory compliance.

- Serve as the legal representative in discussions with government agencies and other external stakeholders.

Litigation Management:

- Oversee all litigation and dispute resolution matters, including civil, commercial, labor, and regulatory cases.

- Develop strategies to resolve disputes effectively while minimizing legal risks.

- Manage relationships with external counsel and ensure effective representation in court proceedings.

- Maintain comprehensive records of litigation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Non-Litigation Legal Matters:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents to protect the organization's interests.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- Conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

- Manage intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, and copyright protection.

Risk Management & Compliance:

- Identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular legal audits and implement best practices to maintain robust legal frameworks.

Policy Development & Training:

- Develop and update legal policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- Educate employees on legal and regulatory changes affecting the business.
