Job Description
Role: Legal Head
Qualification: LLB
Experience: 12 - 20 yrs
Sectoral Preference: Real Estate
Background: Candidate from Real estate organisation would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and litigation management.
- Preparing and reviewing key legal documents, including Joint Development Agreements, sale and lease deeds, and Memorandums of Understanding.
- Conducting legal due diligence to ensure property transactions are compliant and secure.
- Coordinating with regulatory authorities to obtain timely approvals related to RERA, municipal bodies, and environmental regulations.
- Representing the organization before courts and tribunals, while managing and supervising external legal advisors.
- Providing legal guidance to cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Project Management.
- Implementing risk mitigation measures and maintaining a comprehensive legal risk register.
