Job Description :

We are seeking a Lead Python Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience to drive the development of scalable and high-performance applications. You will be responsible for designing robust solutions, mentoring a team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of Python developers.

- Architect, design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable backend systems using Python frameworks.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, requiring expertise or strong understanding of Angular and React Js to ensure seamless integration and effective full-stack solutions.

- Work extensively with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient data models and manage data effectively.

- Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot complex issues across the system.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and facilitate integration with third-party services.

- Define and enforce best coding practices, standards, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment in an agile environment.

Required Technical Skills & Expertise :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- Expertise in : Python, Angular, and React Js.

- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.

- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Proficiency in working with databases, including relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.

- Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills.

Desired Skills (Plus Points) :

- Knowledge and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
