Objectives of the Role

• Lead cross-functional project teams by establishing clear objectives, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.
• Manage full project lifecycles from planning and scoping to execution and delivery — ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline communication and resource allocation.
• Oversee project governance by implementing standards, monitoring KPIs, and adjusting plans to meet evolving business goals.
• Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, delivering consistent updates, resolving conflicts, and ensuring transparency.
• Define and maintain project scope management processes throughout all phases.
• Uphold performance benchmarks and quality standards, ensuring projects meet agreed-upon deliverables.
• Draft and evaluate SOWs with a keen understanding of legal, contractual, and operational requirements.
• Manage third-party relationships, ensuring external dependencies are well-tracked and risks mitigated.
• Track project outcomes and provide senior leadership with timely reports, insights, and escalation as needed.
