We work consultatively with our hiring managers, developing strategies to find the best candidates for our organization

Job Summary – Recruitment Coordinator (Contract)

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the Recruitment team by managing day to day activities.

• Handle Recruitment coordination / operational activities for the Recruitment team.
• Assist recruiters by scheduling and coordinating phone, onsite and virtual interviews in the most appropriate mediums.
• Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time to time.
• Always maintain process & system compliance with respect to all aspects of recruitment coordination
• Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence.
• Support on-boarding process to ensure joining formalities are carried out smoothly as required.

Experience / Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required with 0.6 – 2 years of relevant recruiting coordination experience in a business services / technology industry preferred;
• Ability to influence and drive towards results in a fast-paced environment.
• Be action oriented, possess excellent problem solving, verbal, written & analytical Skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, organized & be resilient.
• Ability to work effectively with teams & influence them; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
• You should be proficient in basic excel & good in reporting/MIS, ATS.
• Can join in 15 to 30 days or less & would be on a direct contract role.
