About the Role : Talent Acquisition Program Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Talent Acquisition Program Manager to join one of our esteemed Client. In this role, you will lead and manage critical hiring initiatives and programs that enhance our recruitment effectiveness, employer brand, and candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to build scalable processes and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Design, launch, and manage TA programs such as university hiring, employee referral programs, DE&I initiatives, and internal mobility frameworks.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current recruitment processes and implement improvements for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for cross-functional hiring initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and create dashboards/reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between TA, hiring managers, and business units to align talent acquisition goals with business needs.
- Technology Enablement: Work with ATS/CRM vendors and internal systems teams to implement and improve recruiting technology solutions.
- Change Management: Champion change initiatives within Talent Acquisition, ensuring smooth adoption through training, communication, and support.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 +years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 2-4 years in a program or project management role.
- Strong experience managing multiple recruitment-related programs simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using ATS and recruiting analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with DE&I hiring programs or early talent initiatives is a plus.
