Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex Tibco applications using BW (Business Works) platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, security and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in developing Tibco applications on BW platform.
- Strong understanding of Tibco's architecture, features, and best practices.
- Proficiency in writing high-quality code that meets industry standards for performance, scalability, security etc.
