Product Manager - Eyecare (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for a Product Manager- Eyecare for a Global Pharma MNC based in Bangalore

Note: We are looking for modern trade and OTC / OTX experience / Digital experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather actionable market and customer insights.

- Support execution of marketing initiatives, including coordination with agencies for campaign development, logistics for meetings, and delivery of patient-centric, multi-channel solutions.

- Share best practices and assist In-Field Teams with tactical execution to ensure brand strategy alignment.

- Assist in developing marketing materials and contribute to forecasting, KPI tracking, and budget monitoring.

- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence to conduct market research and customer interviews to support brand planning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree required; marketing specialization preferred.

- Sales or cross-functional experience is an advantage.

- Understanding of the therapeutic area, healthcare landscape, and stakeholder needs.

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry policies and procedures.

- Strong customer and patient empathy; ability to tailor messages effectively.

- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and market research methodologies.
