Position : Senior Program Manager
Location : Bangalore
- As a Senior Program Manager , you will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional RFIC product developments from concept through production release. You will play a key role in supporting Sub-8 GHz product line, working closely with Design, Marketing, Product, Test, Applications, Quality, and Operations teams to deliver high-performance radiofrequency (RF) and mixed-signal products on time and within scope.
- This role demands strong program management skills, technical acumen in RF semiconductor development, and a talent for driving consensus and progress through strategic communication and stakeholder engagement. You will ensure that critical program milestones are achieved, risks are proactively mitigated, and program updates are tailored and communicated clearly to team members at all organizational levels.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end program execution for RFIC new product introductions (NPI), from definition through production release.
- Develop and maintain integrated program schedules across engineering, test, validation, operations, and business functions.
- Track milestones, manage dependencies, and drive closure of open issues across all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams on program status, priorities, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional program meetings and establish processes and communication channels to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Track program budgets and spending against forecasts, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for schedule, cost, risk, and quality at both team and executive levels.
- Establish and maintain program dashboards tailored for engineering, management, and executive audiences.
- Interface with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure production readiness and timely material availability.
- Drive schedule adherence for ATE hardware/software development, board builds, and validation activities
- Support customer engagement efforts by coordinating sample delivery, documentation, and technical reviews.
- Escalate critical risks or blocking issues with mitigation plans to senior leadership as appropriate.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to NPI program management processes.
Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or related technical field (MS/MBA a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the semiconductor or RFIC industry.
- Strong understanding of the RFIC product development lifecycle, including design, test, qualification, and production ramp.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical programs across global cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing flows and dependency management between design, test, and operations.
- Proficiency with program and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, OneNote, Power BI, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple concurrent efforts.
- Adept at identifying program risks, building contingency plans, and driving resolution.
- Experience working with PLM and ERP systems (Arena, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
