Senior Program Manager - Enterprise Agriculture - NGO (8-12 yrs)

- We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Program Manager to lead and drive enterprise-focused agricultural development programs that promote sustainable livelihoods and economic empowerment in rural communities.

- This leadership role is central to designing and implementing regenerative agriculture strategies, managing complex projects, building inclusive value chains, and ensuring robust market linkages for smallholder farmers.

- The position demands strong technical expertise, program management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including government bodies, NGOs, private sector actors, and community-based organizations.

- Key responsibilities include designing innovative interventions, overseeing project implementation and MEL systems, providing technical guidance on agronomic practices and post-harvest management, and facilitating capacity-building initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will also play a critical role in risk management, fundraising, and advocacy efforts to influence agricultural policy and mobilize resources.

- Candidates should demonstrate proven experience in agricultural enterprise development, value chain management, and working with rural and marginalized populations.

- Applicants should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in agriculture, agri business, or rural development, with a strong understanding of small holder dynamics.

- A Master's degree or higher in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Development, or Agricultural Economics is required.
