Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Executive to join our IT Department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT systems, hardware, and network configurations, with a focus on providing technical support and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including desktops, and laptops.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
• Manage and monitor local network infrastructure and Wi-Fi configurations.
• Configure and manage G-Suite (Google Workspace) panel and user access.
• Support operating systems including Linux, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
• Manage and configure printers and other office peripherals.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in hardware or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support or hardware management.
• Strong knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting.
• Network configuration and troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi).
• Relevant certifications in hardware or IT support preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
