- Provide general technical support to clients and sales team
- Provide application solutions to customer problems, conduct a thorough fault analysis and assure complete customer satisfaction
- Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to fuel product growth

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 yrs Diploma in Electronic Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in working and maintenance of circuits
- Good knowledge of electronic components with hands on experience in fault finding and troubleshooting
- Willingness to travel
- Preferred: Experience with applications in the Power Supply, Inverter, UPS and Audio System segments
