Job Description
- Ensuring compliance to production levels
- Production reporting, that includes precise descriptions of issues that impair production work in coordination with quality assurance engineers to identify defects and set rectification plans.
- Ensure conformity with product standard specifications.
- Understanding work orders, work instructions, process control sheets, control plan and FMEA to determine series of operations and processes to meet the specifications.
- Working in coordination with other departments for productivity and quality control programs
- Guiding new recruits to perform various tasks related to production
- Ensuring capacity and manpower utilization in accordance with line charts
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Tech Mechanical/ Electronics
- 5-8 years of similar work experience
- Excellent leadership and man management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
- Excellent written, verbal (communication) and presentation skills
- Competent in planning and decision making
