Presales Executive/Telecalling

• Attend telephonic inquiries pertaining to the projects.

• Share details about the projects for online enquiry and convert them to Site Visit.

• Following up with the clientsuntil the leads get closed.

• Responsible to identifying opportunities and providing information telephonically to prospects.

• Communicates Effectively, Oral As Well As Written and ability to recognize tone and mood of customer through written and voice communication.

• Ability To Comprehend & Respond To All Customer Queries (Through Chat) With Immediate Resolution (Real Time) To Ensure Customer Satisfaction.

• Ablilty to lead the conversation with customers and proactively suggest resolutions to queries.

• Willing to work in target oriented performance driven environment and learn & grow with the Team/Organization.

• Making outbound calls in accordance with the leads provided.

DESIRED PROFILE:

• 1 + Yr Experience in similar profile

• Experience of tele calling on luxury projects will be added advantage.
