We launch up to 18 new products and businesses every year, and our staff grows by 21% annually, covering specialists from different cities and countries.

In 2024, we grew by 49% in turnover, expanded our geographical presence to 18 countries, implemented 72 projects (+33%), localized 141 commercial products (+36%), and the number of partners grew by 33%.

We are expanding our team and lookout for a HR Business Development Partner in India in the GC HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting a comprehensive analysis of HR needs of the business in India, including forecasting the need and building a talent pool, monitoring labor market trends in India.
• Attracting and selecting top specialists to meet business needs.
• Assessing employee competencies (regular assessments) using modern techniques, developing individual development plans and providing feedback to improve performance, employee loyalty programs (eNPS).
• Ensuring smooth onboarding and quick adaptation of new employees to business processes.
• Modification of all HR processes and adaptation in accordance with local peculiarities and Indian labor laws and company policies, including onboarding of new employees.
• Supporting the manager on HR branding and media activities in India, including participation in profile events and interaction with local media.
• Sourcing and sourcing local contractors for business challenges related to the HR function, including recruitment agencies, consultants and training providers.

Requirements :

• Relevant HR experience of at least 5 years, in large companies operating in India.
• Be good in the country's cultural sensitivities for effective HR engagement and HR strategy building and have practical experience of being present and working in India at a permanent resident level.
• Need good experience in building an HR-brand from "scratch" in the Indian region, as well as skills in team building through the exclusive search and hiring, all resources for team building (including middle and senior management) through exclusive search and hiring, using all resources for team building (middle/senior management, executive search, hiring).
• Need high level of Russian and English language skills ( C2), Hindi.
• High degree of independence and mobility, well-developed negotiation and argumentation skills.
• Need to be ready to work in multi-tasking mode is a prerequisite for successful completion of assigned tasks.
