Educational Qualification
BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) + MBA (Preferably)

Job Responsibility

• Responsible for respective territory

• Sales Planning Strategy for territory product category

• Monitor Guide area sales

• Monitor implementation of the sales strategy through the establishment of mid to long term performance goals and constant review of the same

• Maintain a database of customers detailing number of visits, response, probability of acceptance, contact details, etc. and drive updation of the same by Sales Engineers as well

• Drive collection of market feedback

• Customer relation management

• Conduct periodic reviews of Sales MIS and other reports prepared by the sales teams and provide guidance for improvement

• Responsible for work allocation, manpower requirement and development needs identification, performance management, talent movements, and other people-related aspects for the team
