IT Implementation Expert - Public Education

Job Overview: EY is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated IT Implementation Expert to support the Public Education sector in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing technological solutions that enhance educational systems and administrative functions within public institutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative strategies to improve service delivery and education outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Interact with various educational stakeholders to gather requirements and identify areas for improvement in technology use.
• Solution Design: Design impactful IT solutions tailored for the public education system, ensuring they meet both technical specifications and user needs.
• Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation process of new technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and user satisfaction.
• Training & Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support for staff to ensure efficient use of implemented technology.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT initiatives to validate functionality and effectiveness of the solutions deployed.
• Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout project lifecycles, including reports, user manuals, and training materials.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in implementing IT solutions specifically within the public education sector or similar environments.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve complex problems effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM).
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across various levels of an organization.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools that can drive insights into student performance and processes improvements.
