Job Overview: EY is seeking a dedicated Monitoring and Outreach Expert focused on Public Education to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will engage with diverse stakeholders in the public education sector to track initiatives, collect data, and enhance outreach efforts aimed at improving educational outcomes. You will work collaboratively with various teams to implement effective strategies that foster positive changes in public education policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government agencies, educational institutions, NGOs, and community leaders to promote public education initiatives.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Develop methodologies for monitoring and assessing the impact of public education programs; analyze data to provide meaningful insights.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports on program performance and trends; effectively communicate findings to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strategy Development: Assist in creating outreach strategies that increase awareness and engagement in public education efforts.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely deliverables aligned with organizational objectives.
• Best Practices Review: Research global best practices in public education management and apply relevant knowledge to local contexts.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement within the public or non-profit sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills; capability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience in project management concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with education policies at national/state levels is an advantage.

Educational Requirements:

• MBA/Masters in public policy/rural management/ public administrators/economics/psychology/education.
