Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our Sales & Marketing efforts in the Diabetology Formulation segment.
The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, deep market knowledge, and proven leadership to drive revenue growth, market share, and brand development in this high-potential therapeutic area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term sales and marketing strategies for Diabetology products in alignment with business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team across regions.
- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for market penetration, expansion, and competitive differentiation.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand planning, product positioning, promotional campaigns, and lifecycle management.
- KOL Engagement: Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to fine-tune strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory guidelines, ethical practices, and company policies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing within the Pharmaceutical Industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep understanding and experience in the Diabetology segment is mandatory.
- Proven track record of revenue growth, team leadership, and successful brand launches.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent preferred; B.Pharm or M.Pharm background is a plus.
