Objective: We are seeking individuals with expertise in Residential and Commercial Title Insurance Search/Examination processes. Candidates should be well-versed in Title Insurance concepts such as Legal Descriptions, Easements, CCRs, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Mortgages, and related documents, as well as Probate. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both learning agility and the ability to train others.

Work Location: Remote (Work From Home)

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ Years of experience in Current Owner, Two Owner, Title Full Search & Examining.
• Willingness to work in a remote model with rotational night shifts.
• Familiarity with title search platforms like Data Trace, Data Tree, DTDocs, Title Point, and Title Scan are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrutinizing Recorded Documents: Carefully examine recorded trust deeds, contracts, and other legal documents that may impact property titles.
• Locating Relevant Records: Locate tax records, judgments, liens, mortgages, and information related to bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of property title information gathered during the title search examination.
• Researching Conditions and Restrictions: Thoroughly research any conditions or restrictions that may exist on property titles.
• Summarizing Legal Details: Summarize pertinent legal or insurance details for examination, proof, and ready reference by creating Title Commitments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Title Insurance Search/Examination processes.
