Job Description:
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our real estate organization toward sustainable growth. The ideal candidate must bring deep expertise in sales and marketing within the real estate sector, along with strong financial and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute long-term strategies to expand market share, revenue, and profitability.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities in new geographies or business verticals.
- Strengthen the companys positioning and growth in a highly competitive market.
Sales & Marketing Leadership:
- Lead sales, marketing, branding, and go-to-market strategies across all verticals.
- Drive digital initiatives including CRM, lead generation, content marketing, and brand visibility.
- Set and monitor performance KPIs for revenue generation and client acquisition.
Operational Oversight:
- Supervise and streamline daily operations across sales, marketing, construction, and property management functions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high operational standards.
- Promote a culture of efficiency, innovation, and delivery excellence.
Financial Management:
- Partner with CFO to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.
- Optimize marketing spends and maximize ROI across all sales channels.
- Handle capital raising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the face of the company for investors, clients, regulators, and media.
- Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors on performance, risks, and growth.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, inspire, and build a high-performing leadership team with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in real estate, with at least 5 years in a top leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in real estate sales, marketing, and business growth.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Exposure to residential, commercial, or plotted development models is a plus.
Preferred Competencies:
- Strategic vision with hands-on execution ability.
- Expertise in real estate branding and digital sales strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
