- Provide accurate product information and resolve issues.
- Assist with orders, deliveries, refunds, and account management.
- Identify and escalate complex issues for resolution.
- Maintain detailed records and follow up with customers.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior chat and email support experience.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to work 6 days a week with rotational offs.
