Key Responsibilities :
Business Development (60%) :
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients for our services.
- Drive the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Marketing Initiatives (30%) :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that support lead generation.
- Represent Globiva at industry events, webinars, and networking forums.
- Work on brand visibility and content to support business development efforts.
Account Management (10%) :
- Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the operations team.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
What We're Looking For :
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
Good to Have
- Experience in outsourcing/BPM/consulting industries.
- Exposure to digital marketing tools for lead generation (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.).
