Role & responsibilities

1. Bench Fitter

2. Structural Fitter

3. Knowledge of drawing reading, cutting tools and parameters

4. Maintaining data sheets for cycle time analysis and cycle time reduction

5. Knowledge of handling tools like Electrical grinder, weld shaver, different files, hand drilling m/c, Riveting M/c , pipe bender, pipe cutting too

6.Knowledge of measuring instrument.(Tape, Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge, Filler gauge.) will be an added advantage

7. Identifying and implementing Kaizens for productivity improvement

8. Preparing of in process inspection reports, SOPs, TPM Charts

9. Awareness of quality systems like AS9100, OHSE

10. TPM and Housekeeping

11. Employee will value the information received, effort spent in creating every piece of information and are determined to ensure that the right information is accessed by right individuals.

12. Employee will put all efforts to ensure Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information.
