Job Description
Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Branch Sales Manager (BSM) to lead and manage sales activities at our Lucknow branch. The BSM will be responsible for achieving branch sales targets across products such as Gold Loans, CASA, Insurance, and other retail banking offerings, while ensuring strong customer relationships and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch-level sales for Gold Loans, CASA, and cross-sell financial products.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales officers to ensure daily performance.
- Acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and complaint resolution.
- Monitor sales targets, prepare MIS reports, and ensure process compliance.
