Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, innovation-driven Business Head to lead the end-to-end business strategy, growth, and profitability for our product portfolio, including speakers, smartwatches, mobile accessories, fitness bands, and emerging connected devices. The role requires a mix of product lifecycle ownership, P&L management, team leadership, brand-building, and channel strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & P&L

- Define and drive the short- and long-term business roadmap for the mobility category.

- Own the P&L: Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.

- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and category expansion planning.

Product Management & Innovation

- Lead product conceptualization to launch lifecycle across mobility categories.

- Collaborate with R&D and design teams on tech trends and consumer insights.

- Ensure product portfolio is aligned with brand positioning and user expectations.

Sales, Distribution & Channel Strategy

- Oversee sales planning across offline (retail, distribution, modern trade) and online (D2C, marketplaces).

- Build and manage relationships with national and regional distributors.

- Launch trade programs, incentive structures, and channel engagement initiatives.

Marketing & Brand Development

- Work closely with marketing to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

- Supervise branding, promotions, and digital campaigns for product launches.

- Represent the mobility vertical at trade shows, industry forums, and media platforms.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team (product, sales, supply chain, design).

- Liaise with finance, operations, customer support, and technology teams for seamless execution.

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience in brands dealing with smart wearables, mobile audio, power products, or personal tech and scaling the same to multi crore business

- Exposure to both offline retail networks and digital-first ecosystems
