It like all the other service based companies.. It all depends on the project and manager you end up with. It's very hard to generalise things... But it's slightly better than typical service based like TCS, CTS, Wipro or Infosys. But other than that honestly it depends on the team you end up.. it's the fate .
Dislikes
The usual politics like everywhere..Nothing specific. We can't escape this politics in any corporate unless humans are in charge. Wherever you go some politics will be there , be bold and face it ...
