Location - BKC, Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

Product Marketing & Management

• Develop and manage test preparation programs for Indian or International tests.
• Own the lifecycle of test prep programs (Product creation and development)
• Monitor student outcomes, program engagement, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize student journey and sales funnel using data-driven insights and key education marketing metrics.

Marketing & Brand Enhancement

• Define and execute the brand positioning strategy.
• Develop and manage quality marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, digital creatives, landing pages).
• Plan and lead digital campaigns (search, display, social media, email, etc).
• Oversee social media presence, website content, ensuring it aligns with brand tone and engages target audiences for brand recall

Cross-functional Leadership

• Act as the central coordinator across tech, sales, and marketing teams.
• Align internal stakeholders around product launches, campaigns, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the education or test prep industry
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and customer insights methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in a Business Planning / Sales role is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in Test Prep is preferred but not mandatory.
• Education: MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills / Traits required:

• Drive to achieve targets.
• Proficient in data analysis / Business Intelligence. Comfortable with SalesForce/ Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Process-driven.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Eye for Details and firm control on operations.
• Comfortable with interacting and guiding a diverse group of individuals like student awareness teams, education advisors and Business Partners.
