Marketing Automation Specialist

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing automation across marketing, sales, CRM, LMS, and communication platforms using APIs and automation tools. This role focuses on building seamless, data-driven workflows that improve lead management, student engagement, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong API integration skills and a deep understanding of automation platforms and business flow logic.

Automation Setup & Management:

• Design and implement automation workflows across marketing, sales, and student engagement processes.
• Design, implement, and manage automated workflows across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Website platforms.
• Integrate and maintain connections between Salesforce, LMS, CRM, and third-party tools (like LeadSquared, Make, marketing cloud, Azmarq, Zoom etc.).
• Build and implement automation workflows using custom APIs between multiple platforms
• Create dynamic lead-nurturing journeys using tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, Make.com, or equivalent.
• Set up student journey and lead funnel through behavior-based triggers for communication across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-platform notifications.
• Identify and fix broken workflows, lead sync issues, and integration failures.
• Work closely with tech and product teams to ensure API integrations are functional and scalable.

Platform Integration:

Ensure seamless integration of tools and platforms such as

• Salesforce CRM
• WhatsApp Business API platforms (Marketing Cloud)
• Email/SMS platforms
• Zoom
• Learning Management Systems
• Lead Management Tools (LeadSquared, SF CRM)
• Website forms and chatbots (WordPress)

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in workflow automation using APIs and platforms like Zapier, Make
• Experience working with Salesforce / LeadSquared CRM, WhatsApp Business APIs, Email/SMS platforms, LMS or edtech platforms, Zoom, Marketing Cloud.
• Understanding of lead funnels, student journey mapping, and campaign automation logic.
• Strong logical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable with SalesForce/ Excel for reporting and analysis.
