Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
Expertise in leveraging BIM technology to deliver project excellence. Proven success in developing BIM standards, leading model coordination efforts, and guiding high-performing teams. Adept at managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving innovative solutions.
- Experience in using Collaboration platforms like BIM 360, ACC, Procore, Aconex.
o Experience in Developing LOD400 And 500 model of Data center and High rise building.
o Clash detection and resolution
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards & protocols
- Manage BIM-related project risks and issues
- Develop and maintain data management systems and workflows
- Create and manage 3D models, 2D drawings, and data sheets
- Develop and implement quality control processes for BIM models
- Ensured timely delivery of BIM models and data to project stakeholders
- Identify and address quality issues and discrepancies
- Implement corrective actions to improve BIM model quality
- Meet client expectations and concerns related to BIM implementation
- Review the LOD 300/350 model received from Client and develop the Shop drawings
Preferred candidate profile
- Software skills required: Autodesk Revit MEP or Electric (Must), Navisworks, AutoCAD
- Key Skills: Knowledge of Data center, Autodesk build, Collaboration Pro
