Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and driven Recruiters to identify top talent for our projects. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional candidate experience right from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless orientation process for new hires.

As a Recruiter, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Proactively sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms
• Conducting cold calls, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews
• Building a pipeline by generating leads from existing candidates
• Executing targeted headhunting strategies based on project requirements
• Filling open positions efficiently and within defined timelines
• Following up with candidates to ensure smooth joining and onboarding
• Supporting hiring efforts by meeting recruitment goals consistently

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

• A graduate degree or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in recruitment
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
• A clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
• Strong phone etiquette, persistence, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask accurately
• Comfort with handling high-volume recruitment activities
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
