Objective of the Position : To get the primary sales of packaging board, within Eastern India by visiting Printer, Publisher and end users.

Summary of Responsibility : Must be responsible for meeting the assigned target under Wholesalers. • Ensure timely payment collection

Role & responsibilities :

1. Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for achieving the monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned for the Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha regions.

2. Market Visits: minimum of 2025 printers every month to promote products, build relationships, understand customer needs, and identify potential business opportunities.

3. Payment Follow-Ups: Ensure timely payment collections by following up with wholesalers (W/S) as per the agreed payment schedules and maintaining clear communication on outstanding dues.

4. Customer Complaint Handling: Quality complaint to attend and ensure to settle within 20 to 25 days

Preferred candidate profile :

• Experience: 3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paper, printing, or packaging industry.
  
• Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the markets and customer base in kolkata Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Negotiation & Relationship Building
