1. Executive Support/ Travel Management

• Excellent English Communication skills is a prerequisite
• International and Domestic Travel management / ticketing / Visa / making itineraries.
• handle emails , calendar management , correspondence, calls, and messages.
  Event Management
• Take minutes and follow up on actions from meetings.
  

2. Event Management

• Coordinate internal and external events, including conferences, meetings, and team gatherings.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
  
• Prepare event agendas, invitations, and post-event documentation.
  

3. Documentation & Office Management

• Draft, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports using MS Word and Excel.
• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure information is up-to-date.
• Assist in the preparation of business reports, data analysis, and presentations.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly presentable, professional, and discreet.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is mandatory.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Male /Female from Hospitality or reputed Airlines will be preferred
