Job Description
Complete ownership of repair/overhauling of BCP pump motors
Support sales team to prepare techo-commercial offer.
Preparation of inspection reports, sketches of the components after dismantling of pumps, finalizing spares list, preparing Bill of Material
Preparation of engineering documents like winding scheme by reverse calculation.
Support in developing vendors/sources locally as alternative for imported spares.
Co-ordinate with internal departments (including KSB Germany, KSB Tech) and external suppliers for project execution
Ownership of repairs, rewinding, conducting tests on motors under repairs.
Support to Service Engineers as well as customer site visit as required for attending BCP pump motors.
Approaching/visiting customers having Submersible pumps, BCPs, in coordination with Zonal Sales Team for generating enquiries.
Correspond with KSB offices / customer on technical issues.
Will be partially responsible for Order Intake & Sales of electrical service business.
