Role: Campaigns Manager
Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Define clear KPIs and track performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Start with Google and Meta campaigns and then progressively add performance platforms like snapchat, Amazon ads, quick commerce platforms, retail media networks and so on.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
- Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to improve campaign performance.
Audience Targeting:
- Develop targeted audience segments based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Utilize advanced targeting options to reach the right audience at the right time.
- Continuously refine targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Masters' degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including their latest features and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, SEO, and social media.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience with data-driven decision making and optimization techniques.
- A strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
