Role: UX Design Lead / Senior Product Designer

Summary:
As the UX Design Lead at Lemma Technologies, you will lead the User Experience design efforts and work closely with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences that enhance our advertising technology products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centric designs and ensure seamless execution. Your creative vision and expertise will drive the success of our products in the market.

Roles & Responsibiliteis:

• UX Strategy and Vision:
  Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to define the UX strategy and vision, aligning it with the overall product roadmap and business objectives.
  Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather insights to inform the UX strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
• User-Centric Design:
  Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring designs meet usability standards and deliver an exceptional user experience.
  Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
  Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Collaboration and Leadership:
  Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements, feature sets, and design specifications.
  Collaborate with the development team to ensure the feasibility of design implementation and provide guidance throughout the development process.
  Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Design Standards and Guidelines:
  Define and maintain design standards, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
  Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate stakeholders on the importance of UX in product development.
• Industry and User Research:
  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX design best practices to incorporate the latest innovations into product designs.
  Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  Analyze user data and behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven design decisions.

Skills Required:

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Proven experience as a UX designer, UX design lead, or similar role, preferably in the advertising technology or digital marketing industry.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and influence stakeholders.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of UX designers.
• Strong project and time management skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Expert in design tools such as Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
