We are a leading BI & Analytics product development company working closely with Microsoft. Our solutions help businesses leverage data for smarter decision-making. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Lead Automation Tester to drive our test automation strategy and ensure high-quality software delivery.
We are seeking a skilled Lead Automation Tester with experience in managing a team of testers. The ideal candidate will have a strong product background , proficiency in Selenium , and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for defining test automation frameworks, mentoring the QA team, and ensuring the highest software quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of automation testers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks using Selenium .
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Analyze product requirements and define test strategies for automation.
- Identify and troubleshoot automation testing issues, ensuring high test coverage.
- Continuously improve test processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in test automation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and stability.
- 7+ years of experience in automation testing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role .
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of testers.
- Strong Selenium expertise and hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
- Experience working in a product development environment .
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience in integrating automation testing into CI/CD workflows.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Experience with performance testing and API testing is a plus.
- Work in a dynamic product-based environment with cutting-edge BI & Analytics solutions.
