Medikabazaar is looking for driven and customer-focused Sales Execuêves with 1â3 years of
experience in healthcare product sales. The ideal candidate will have worked in at least one of the
following categories: Dental Consumables, IVD, Medical Equipment, Ophthalmology, or Pharma.
You will be responsible for driving territory sales, building customer relaêonships, and contribuêng to
revenue growth.
Key Responsibiliêes:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territory.
Idenê¢fy, onboard, and manage healthcare customers such as clinics, hospitals, diagnosê¢c
labs, and pharmacies.
Promote and sell category-speciï¬c products based on customer needs
(Dental/IVD/Ophthalmology/Medical Equipment/Pharma).
Conduct product demonstraê¢ons, detailing, and presentaê¢ons to healthcare professionals.
Build strong relaê¢onships with decision-makers including doctors, lab heads, and
procurement teams.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and compeê¢tor acê¢vity.
Submit daily sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, customer support, ï¬nance) to ensure ê¢mely
delivery and post-sales support.
Requirements:
Bachelorâs degree in Science, Pharmacy, or any related ï¬eld.
1â3 years of ï¬eld sales experience in at least one of the following: Dental, IVD, Medical
Devices, Ophthalmology, or Pharma.
Strong understanding of B2B healthcare or clinical sales processes.
Excellent communicaê¢on and negoê¢aê¢on skills.
Ability to work independently, travel within assigned territory, and handle ï¬eldwork
regularly.
Familiarity with reporê¢ng formats.
Preferred Qualiê¢es:
Exisê¢ng client network in hospitals, labs, or clinics.
Exposure to medical e-commerce or B2B healthcare plaê¢orms.
Adaptability to fast-paced, target-driven environments.
