Responsibilities:
Distributor Development: Identify, recruit, and establish new distributors across Maharashtra to expand product reach and market penetration.
Surgeon Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, promoting our products and generating demand.
Sales Support: Provide support to surgeons in the operating room, including product demonstrations and technical assistance, as required.
Independent Operation: Manage sales activities independently, including territory planning, sales calls, product presentations, and contract negotiations.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Orthopedic division.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest orthopedic products, surgical techniques, and market trends.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
Experience: 12-15 years of experience in sales within the Orthopedic segment.
Industry Connections: Established network of strong connections with local dealers and orthopedic surgeons in Maharashtra.
Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of orthopedic products and surgical procedures.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Maste's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ( Business).
Experience with CRM software.
