Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our Bangalore-based team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Java and related technologies. The ideal candidate has strong core Java skills, experience with multithreading, concurrency, and a solid understanding of software design principles. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant solutions while following best practices and coding standards. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Core Java Development : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Threading and Concurrency : Implement multi-threaded applications using Java concurrency APIs to optimize performance.

- OOP Concepts : Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles like inheritance, encapsulation, polymorphism, and abstraction in software design.

- Design Patterns : Utilize design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, Observer, etc., to solve common design problems and improve code reusability.

- JVM Concepts : Understand JVM architecture, class loading, garbage collection, and perform performance tuning.

- Exception Handling : Implement robust exception handling strategies to ensure application stability.

- Garbage Collection : Optimize application performance through efficient memory management and

garbage collection knowledge.

- Generics : Use Java Generics for type-safe and reusable code components.

- JDBC : Develop and maintain database connectivity using JDBC for CRUD operations on relational databases.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Strong grasp of Java programming concepts and frameworks.

- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

- Experience with version control tools like Git.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.

- Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
