- Liquidity & Cash Flow Management - Ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational and regulatory needs.

- Fundraising & Capital Planning - Develop and execute funding strategies through banks, capital markets, or other instruments.

- ALM (Asset Liability Management) - Monitor and manage interest rate and maturity mismatches.

- Investment Management - Oversee deployment of surplus funds in line with risk and return objectives.

- Banking & Financial Institution Relations - Maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and rating agencies.

- Regulatory Compliance - Ensure adherence to RBI and other financial regulations, including reporting and disclosures.

- Risk Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate treasury-related financial risks.

- Treasury Operations Oversight - Supervise day-to-day treasury activities, including payments, reconciliations, and controls.

- Strategic Planning - Contribute to financial strategy and business planning from a treasury perspective.

- Team Leadership - Lead and develop the treasury team for effective performance and succession planning.

Profile:

- Educational Background: CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.

- Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in treasury functions within NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions, with a strong track record in fundraising, liquidity management, and ALM.

- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of financial markets, RBI regulations, debt instruments, ALM, and risk management frameworks.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate across departments (finance, risk, compliance, etc.).

- Relationship Management: Strong network and relationship-building skills with banks, rating agencies, and financial institutions.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align treasury strategy with business growth plans and respond proactively to market dynamics.

- Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Sharp financial acumen with the ability to make data-driven and timely decisions.
