Manager - Finance & Accounts (10-12 yrs)

Job Summary :-

We are looking for a seasoned Finance & Accounts Manager from the hospital or healthcare domain to oversee the financial operations, planning, analysis, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in hospital accounting practices, cost control, insurance billing, and revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations across hospital departments.

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS).

- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.

- Collaborate with department heads to optimize hospital spending and cost-efficiency.

- Manage revenue cycle patient billing, insurance claims, reimbursements, etc.

- Liaise with internal and external auditors, banks, and tax consultants.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls.

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with hospital goals.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and present financial performance to top management.

- Implement and upgrade ERP or hospital accounting software when necessary.

- Handle budgeting for hospital expansion or capital investments.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

- Must have 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 5 years in the hospital industry.

- Strong understanding of hospital billing cycles, healthcare costing, and insurance claim processes.

- Proficiency in Tally, Oracle, SAP, or any healthcare ERP system.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Familiarity with healthcare laws, financial compliance, and tax regulations in Oman/GCC (preferred).
