Job Description:

One of our clients which is a wealth management house is looking to hire a Senior HR professional with min 8+ years of experience as a Generalist HR

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up the HR function end-to-end for the new entity including policies, processes, and compliance.

- Drive talent acquisition to build high-performing teams across departments.

- Establish onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement frameworks.

- Partner with leadership to define the organizational structure, workforce planning, and growth roadmap.

- Implement HR operations, including payroll coordination, HRIS setup, benefits, and statutory compliance.

- Act as the culture custodian, driving initiatives around employee experience, well-being, and internal communication.

- Lead grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and employee relations with fairness and empathy.

- Track HR metrics, provide strategic insights, and support decision-making through data and trends.

What Were Looking For:

- 8 to 15 years of hands-on HR experience in a generalist or business partner capacity.

- Prior exposure to setting up HR functions or working in startup/new entity environments is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving setup.
