Role & responsibilities

• S&D Cost: To Keep track of movement and monitor S&D cost.
• Freight monitoring: railhead Vs Warehouse, Firing ratio.
• Vendor Management: Monitoring & Guiding performance of H&T contractor.
• Monitoring old inventories especially above 180 days with all regions, Follow up to reduce it to NIL. Month wise Sales Plan & weekly follow up to meet the plan.
• Monitoring Damaged Stock inventories with all the regions, Month wise Sales Plan & weekly follow up to meet the plan.
• Monitoring Cut & Torn Stock inventories with all the regions. Month wise Sales Plan & weekly follow up to meet the plan.
• Team work: Coordination with Regions to ensure accountability of dispatches and stock reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Coordination with Insurance cell and regions for insurance claim stocks.
• Appointment of alternate HNT agents for critical Railheads.
• Coordination with regions for Hook free operations at railheads & Godowns.
• SSP Plant Supply & Sales Coordination.
• Coordinating rail & road dispatches from plant
• System related verifications & approvals as BPO of logistics.
