Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and competitive Field Sales Representative to join our
team as a Relationship Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to
kick-start their careers in sales and develop strategies to attract new clients. The
successful candidate will play a pivotal role in increasing our income and revenue by
managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and
managing the sales of our products and services. As a Sales Representative, you will
also be responsible for researching sales competition and staying ahead of
the market trends.
Roles and Responsibilities:
â Achieve Sales Targets: "Get the sale" using various customer sales methods
and achieve the set business targets on ANP and case count.
â Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers through leads, natural markets,
references, and an orphan base
.
â Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to perform
need analysis and explain our products.
â Need-Based Selling: Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model to
ensure a tailored approach to each client.
â Upselling & Cross-Selling: Leverage the orphan base of customers to upsell
and cross-sell products.
â Policy Issuance: Ensure the timely issuance of policies by resolving any
pending issues.
â Post-Sales Service: Provide prompt and efficient post-sales service to all
allocated customers.
â Customer Engagement: Adhere to customer touch-point engagement protocols
to effectively service your portfolio of customers.
â Persistency Ratio: Maintain the desired persistence ratio to ensure long-term
client satisfaction and retention.
â Strategic Collaboration: Strategize and work closely with your supervisor to
meet and exceed business numbers.
â Joint Sales Calls: Collaborate with your supervisor for joint sales calls when
necessary.
â Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies/models,
and evaluate their effectiveness.
â Customer Evaluation: Evaluate customerâs skills and needs to build
productive,long-lasting relationships.
â Lead Management: Research accounts, generate, and follow through on sales
leads.
â Client Database Management: Maintain and expand the client database within
your assigned territory.
Desired Skills:
â Sales Experience: Prior sales experience, especially with insurance
companies/DSAs, is a plus.
â Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas.
â Sales Techniques: Familiarity with various sales techniques and pipeline
management.
â Technical Proficiency: Competency in computer use and sales-related
software.
â Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
â Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
â Educational Background: Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
