Company HR policy is very strong they hear about your and care about as in sales organisation it's very difficult to maintain that balance but here it's way too 👍

Company is totally dependend on marketing leads and so it's a pure sales process and more importantly we have to justify salary every month later on incentive and sometimes lesser transparency in incentives and leave policies is good but not sanctioned by the supervisors sometime extended working hrs if team targets are not met
