Manual Test Lead (2-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- 2+ years QA experience (skin in the game, done stuff ground up, rock star engineer).

- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Strong knowledge of software QA tools and processes.

- Experience in determining clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

- Experience with one or more Databases like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Cosmos, etc.

- Excellent DB Design and Query writing.

- Solid knowledge of API Testing.

- Can act as the domain expert.

- Not just find & report bugs, understand in and out of it.

- Experience with App (Android & iOS), mobile Web and Web testing.

- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Experience with one or more Cloud Platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.

- Experience with CI/CD using tools and scripts.

- Experience with Infra, Networking, Logging, Monitoring, and Webservers.

- Translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Follow quality standards, principles and best practices.
